At Lou Lou & Company, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
